Fuel Tank Repair & Modification

At BWI, we’ve repaired hundreds of aluminum fuel tanks. Common issues include corrosion around strap areas on side-saddle tanks, which we protect by wrapping with aluminum plating to extend service life. We also handle fitting additions or replacements, doubler plates, and tank shortening, extending, or splitting for dual hydraulic/fuel use.
